Event Details

We know winters are long in Buffalo, so to help keep you from getting cabin fever you and your family are invited to join us for a fun winter ice skating outing at Rotary Rink!

Date: Saturday February 27th, 2010

Time: Group will congregate at 2:30pm to begin skating

Place: Rotary Rink in downtown Buffalo. The rink is located at Fountain Plaza, just down the street from the intersection of Main Street and Chippewa.

Cost: Skating is FREE. Bring your own skates if you have them, otherwise skate rentals are $3 for adults, $2 for children.

The rink is run by Buffalo Place and is always open to the public. Therefore, our group will congregate at 2:30pm in front of the Bank of America entrance that faces Fountain Plaza and the skating rink. As always, feel free to wear your Cornell red to show your school pride! The rink is weather dependent and usually does not operate if the temperature goes above 45 degrees Fahrenheit. You can call 716-854-RINK for skating conditions and more information.

The group will plan to skate for about an hour. If there is interest we will then proceed down to Spot Coffee (corner of Chippewa and Delaware Ave) for a cup of your favorite hot beverage!
